Returns
You may return unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange of product.
Exchanges
We're sorry your order didn't arrive as expected. If your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival, we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you. Please send your order number and a photo of the damaged item to info@gothamgoods.nyc. Our support team will be in touch shortly with the next steps.
Refunds
